Quote requests and reservations

Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed reservation. A trip is confirmed only through the applicable quote, reservation, payment, and confirmation documents.

Final price, trip availability, payment requirements, cancellation terms, and other reservation terms must be confirmed in the documents provided for the trip.

The company scheduled to operate a confirmed trip will be identified in the reservation documents.

Accurate trip information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, passenger, itinerary, timing, luggage, equipment, accessibility, flight, venue, and other material trip information. Material changes may require a revised review, quote, or reservation document.

Airport and third-party information

Metro is not affiliated with or endorsed by an airport, airline, venue, hotel, school, university, or other third party merely because that organization or location is referenced for trip planning. Confirm current operational information with the appropriate official source.

Acceptable website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive requests, upload malicious material, or use the forms to send sensitive information unrelated to a transportation request.
